Over the years we have bought six homes and sold five all across the country. Brenda is by far the best real estate agent we've ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable and it is clear she loves what she does. Brenda stays on top of every aspect of the process. No matter what questions we had she had the answer for us immediately. My wife and I selected Brenda Goff to help with the purchase of a newly constructed home given Brenda's experience with builders. Brenda was great advising us and working with us and the builder to have our dream home built. We greatly relied on Brenda as well as to an understanding of the Raleigh/Durham area as we are not from North Carolina. Brenda helped navigate through all of this and we greatly appreciated all of her insights and expertise. Additionally, Brenda went out of her way to keep us informed as the home was being built by visiting the site and taking pictures for us as the construction proceeded. As mentioned, we were out of state and only came into town every 6 weeks or so and it was really nice of Brenda to monitor the home construction for us while away and send pictures. In short, Brenda was great. I highly recommend her.

Concerning my personal situation, I was coming from out of state and not very familiar with the area and market.
